Senior Procurement Analyst – S2SE Operations

About the role

EY’s Supply Chain Services is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join the Source‑to‑Settle Enablement (S2SE) Operations team. The role focuses on reviewing purchasing requisitions, resolving invoice exceptions, and delivering a high‑quality stakeholder experience across the source‑to‑settle lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Approve 90% of shopping carts/purchase requisitions within an average of 24 hours.
• Monitor, analyze and resolve purchase order invoice exceptions daily using the Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) tool.
• Document root causes of exception trends and propose process improvements.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile outstanding items in the goods receipt/invoice receipt clearing account.
• Interpret exception data to identify opportunities for better purchase order structuring.
• Liaise between Accounts Payable, Finance, EY business users, Sourcing Managers and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly status reports and operational statistics on KPIs.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Accounts Payable to audit aged exceptions and identify training needs.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills, especially when dealing with external suppliers.
• Proven ability to meet defined KPIs and service level agreements.
• Experience in end‑to‑end procurement processes and invoice reconciliation.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP SRM.
• Proficiency in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) tools.
