Forex Cashier – UAE

About the role

We are looking for diligent Forex Cashiers to join our UAE branch. The role involves processing foreign currency transactions, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process foreign currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash receipts and payments with a high level of accuracy.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare cash reconciliation reports.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to exchange services.
• Ensure proper handling, counting, and safeguarding of cash and foreign currencies.
• Follow anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures during transactions.
• Support branch operations and contribute to a secure, organized work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Forex Cashier in an exchange company.
• Strong numerical and cash‑handling abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with foreign exchange operations, AML, and KYC procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
