Team Lead – Agent Reconciliation

About the role

The Team Lead – Agent Reconciliation will oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions between Global University Systems and its agents. Based in Hyderabad, the role manages a team of reconciliation associates, ensuring timely settlements and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of reconciliation associates, allocating workload, conducting quality checks and monitoring performance.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of agent accounts, including payments, commissions, refunds and adjustments.
• Review agent statements, identify discrepancies and coordinate with agents and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present reconciliation, ageing, discrepancy and settlement reports.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Identify process gaps, propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
