Senior Finance Specialist

About the role

The Senior Finance Specialist, FP&A Operations will act as a collaborative finance business partner for the Hyderabad hub, supporting regional and senior management with forecasting, budgeting and analysis. This role combines deep financial expertise with strong partnership skills to drive high‑quality financial services and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Perform FP&A forecasting, budgeting and projection activities for the market and regional leadership.
• Prepare and present analyses of monthly actuals versus budget, highlighting key trends, variances and rationale.
• Develop and update forecast templates, and create presentation decks for budget and projection reviews.
• Execute special projects and ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with in‑market FP&A Operations, commercial teams and the CIP team to identify process standardisation and automation opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior finance leaders and Hyderabad service delivery teams, ensuring alignment with broader finance strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting or financial modelling.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a hub team, with an expected 50% on‑site presence.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to engage with cross‑functional partners.
