Senior Process Executive – US Retirement Insurance (Walk‑in)

About the role

Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring a Senior Process Executive for its US 401K retirement insurance operations. The role is based in Pune and requires working from the office on a night‑shift schedule, handling end‑to‑end transaction processing for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex tasks according to standard operating procedures while meeting defined SLAs.
• Process batches of transactions with high accuracy, identify errors and initiate corrective actions.
• Manage individual cases independently, ensuring minimal rework and adherence to quality standards.
• Handle account updates, conversions, and other operational volumes for the client.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout transaction execution.
• Serve as an interface between employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to reconcile accounts.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline); commerce or business management preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services or process execution.
• Immediate joiner with flexibility to work in a 24×7 environment.
• Minimum 15 years of full‑time education.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong attention to detail.
