Senior Plumbing Draftsman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Draftsman to join our team in Kothrud, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed plumbing and drainage drawings for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed plumbing and drainage drawings using AutoCAD.
• Design water supply, sewerage, storm water and rainwater harvesting layouts.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP teams to integrate services.
• Prepare shop drawings, as‑built drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ) support.
• Interpret design calculations and consultant mark‑ups accurately.
• Revise drawings in response to design changes and site requirements.
• Support project delivery within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant drafting experience (freshers not eligible).
• Immediate to 15‑day notice period; candidates must be local and not require relocation.
• Proven experience on residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (strong drafting proficiency).
• Revit (knowledge considered an advantage).
• Plumbing and drainage drawing preparation.
• Water supply, sewerage, storm water and rainwater harvesting layout design.
• Preparation of shop drawings, as‑built drawings and BOQ.
• Knowledge of plumbing design standards and codes.
