Senior Plumbing Draftsman (0-2 yrs Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Plumbing Draftsman to create detailed plumbing and drainage drawings for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. The role is based in Kothrud, Pune and offers the chance to work closely with the MEP team and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed plumbing and drainage drawings in AutoCAD according to project requirements.
• Prepare water-supply, sewerage, storm-water and rain-water-harvesting layouts.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and other MEP services to ensure design integration.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes and project specifications.
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes, site feedback and consultant mark-ups.
• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and support BOQ preparation.

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in plumbing drafting.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 15 days.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (strong drafting skills).
• Revit (knowledge is a plus).
• Preparation of plumbing & drainage drawings.
• Design of water-supply, sewerage, storm-water and rain-water-harvesting systems.
• Coordination with architectural, structural and MEP services.
• Knowledge of plumbing design standards and codes.
• Shop drawings, as-built drawings and BOQ support.
• Interpretation of design calculations and consultant mark-ups.
