Senior Oracle DBA (12+ yrs) – PAN India

About the role

We are seeking experienced Oracle Database Administrators to join our PAN‑India team. The role involves managing critical Oracle environments, supporting ERP solutions, and bridging project and support functions with strong techno‑functional expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end implementation of new business projects, from requirement analysis to production deployment.
• Provide feasibility analysis and optimal solutions with clear timelines.
• Support solutioning teams in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Customize, extend, and integrate ERP systems, ensuring compliance with SOX/ICFR and ITIL processes.
• Develop automation tools to improve efficiency and maintain product support for ERP solutions.

Required profile

• 12+ years total IT experience with at least 7 years as an Oracle DBA (11g/12c/18c/19c) on Red Hat Linux.
• Minimum 1 year experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting, RMAN backup/recovery, and Oracle Transparent Data Encryption.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata; OCI cloud experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Data Lake, Data Factory, Fabric) and Dremio is advantageous.
