About the role
The Senior Operations Staff will support hub‑based activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across teams. This role requires a strong commitment to organization and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor operational processes within the hub.
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to hub activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support logistics planning by applying knowledge of local geography.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 12th grade pass, preferably a graduate degree.
- 3–4 years of experience in a hub or similar operational environment.
- Age between 28 and 32 years.
- Good knowledge of local geography.
- Strong organizational commitment and ability to work well in a team.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Effective communication in the local language, Hindi, and English.
