Senior Manager – SAP PP Lead (Enterprise Apps, Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) workstreams on complex S/4HANA transformation programmes for manufacturing clients in Bengaluru. The role combines end‑to‑end solution design, configuration, and delivery with advisory support to operations, manufacturing, and quality leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP PP/QM stream across the full project lifecycle (discovery, design, build, test, deploy, hypercare).
• Own functional design and configuration for master data, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions and planning strategies.
• Implement make‑to‑stock, make‑to‑order and engineer‑to‑order scenarios for discrete, process and repetitive manufacturing.
• Manage MRP, capacity planning and production scheduling to optimise manufacturing efficiency.
• Guide project teams, coordinate with stakeholders and advise on process optimisation and digital manufacturing.

Required profile

• Senior Manager level with extensive experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
• Proven track record delivering S/4HANA transformation projects in manufacturing or quality environments.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality management, and related master data structures.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with business leaders.
