Director Enterprise Transformation Architect – Data & Analytics (Advisory)

About the role

PwC’s Data & Analytics practice helps clients turn data into strategic insight. As a Director Enterprise Transformation Architect you will lead large‑scale transformation programmes that combine cloud, data, AI and modern engineering to reshape operating models for senior‑level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to C‑suite executives and define future‑state enterprise architecture aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives covering cloud migration, data platform modernization, AI adoption and application redesign.
• Develop transformation strategies, investment roadmaps, ROI business cases and target operating models.
• Shape proposals, respond to RFP/RFI and drive deal‑making for complex transformation opportunities.
• Mentor architects and consultants while contributing reusable methodologies and accelerators.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of consulting, enterprise architecture or technology transformation experience.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale business and technology change programmes.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills with ability to translate technology into business value.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance or fintech environments is highly valued.
