Senior Manager – D365 F&O Project Manager (MS Dynamics)

About the role

Pwc is seeking a Senior Manager to lead multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation projects for Indian domestic clients. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful integration of ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project director for several concurrent projects, each with 5‑15 team members.
• Develop and execute client account and business plans.
• Plan project schedules, track status, and report progress.
• Manage project teams, risks, issues, and vendor/partner coordination.
• Facilitate project meetings, client communications, and internal status reporting.
• Monitor project health, oversee delivery, and coordinate business travel.
• Handle time and expense tracking, invoicing, and collections.

Required profile

• 9‑12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 7 years of project/program management experience on large‑scale implementations for Indian clients.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
