Senior Manager – Cardiac Business Control

About the role

The Senior Manager will partner with the Cardiac divisions to drive financial performance, ensuring disciplined budgeting, planning and control across the business. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate P&L management and strategic insights for Lupin India's Cardiac portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cardiac divisions to manage their profit & loss statements.
• Prepare annual budgets and mid‑term plans for the Cardiac business units.
• Control sales and promotion expenditures, aligning spend with approved budgets.
• Produce MIS reports, budgeting and analytics for Atharv, OTC and RF businesses.
• Provide monthly provisions and financial forecasts for Cardiac clusters.
• Support corporate P&L consolidation and financial reporting.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in finance or business control.
• Post‑graduation in Chartered Accountancy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop talent and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Strong orientation toward results, customer focus and strategic agility.
