Senior Legal Associate / Manager – FinTech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Associate/Manager to support the full lifecycle of commercial and investment transactions for a fast‑growing digital wealth platform. Reporting to the Group General Counsel and Head of Compliance, you will own the strategic documentation for new business verticals and product launches across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory on financial investments, data privacy, intellectual property and other commercial matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise high‑stakes investment agreements, shareholding agreements, partnership agreements, services agreements and fund‑related documentation.
• Structure and draft strategic documentation for new business verticals, investment product launches and vendor engagements.
• Evaluate and render legal advice for new investment products and services across corporate functions.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in corporate, investment or fintech law.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, cross‑border transactions.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, data privacy and IP law.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
