Senior IGA Developer – Identity Governance (Saviynt)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior IGA Developer to join its Cybersecurity Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will design, configure and extend enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA.
• Lead architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests and certifications.
• Configure connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases and REST‑based applications.
• Create Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning processes.
• Set up access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.
• Develop custom integrations, rules and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement RBAC models aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and effort estimations.
• Maintain technical and design documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise IGA solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
