Senior Housekeeping Executive

About the role

JLL is seeking a Senior Housekeeping Executive to lead and coordinate housekeeping and related facility services across its properties. You will work closely with vendors, the Property Manager, and on‑site teams to ensure high‑quality cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other support services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily property rounds and coordinate with housekeeping teams to resolve cleaning issues.
• Prepare and share daily and monthly reports (DMR, MMR) with the Property Manager and client.
• Schedule and lead weekly vendor meetings to address operational concerns.
• Maintain monthly attendance records for payroll processing.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating when necessary.
• Mentor and develop vendor staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Plan, schedule, inspect, and assign work to supervisors and teams.
• Oversee landscaping, gardening, and the upkeep of janitor closets and storage areas.
• Implement checklists and monitor cleaning standards to protect surface longevity.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or facilities management.
• Analytical, meticulous, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
