Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Commercial Real Estate

About the role

Fairdeal Realtors is seeking dynamic individuals to join its commercial real‑estate team as Sales Executives / Assistant Managers. You will be responsible for sourcing and selling office, retail, and industrial spaces across Mumbai and its suburbs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients and property owners.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable commercial properties.
• Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and owners.
• Assist in negotiations and support deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records of clients and properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

Required profile

• Graduates and undergraduates; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Prior sales experience preferred; real‑estate experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai for meetings and property visits.
• Two‑wheeler ownership with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
