Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Pattern is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets for Amazon product listings, A+ content, and storefronts. You will work under the Art Director to shape creative direction for global brands and mentor junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts that align with brand style guides and target audience objectives for Amazon and other e‑commerce marketplaces.
• Maintain creative integrity throughout the design process, from research to final delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and identify opportunities to innovate.
• Conduct brand research to ensure consistency and resonance with audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs.
• Organize files and assets efficiently using Google Sheets and shared folders.
• Prepare visual presentations that communicate design concepts and strategies.

• Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to view projects from a business perspective.
• Proven ability to deliver inspiring and high‑quality design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in visual design for e‑commerce platforms (Amazon product listings, A+ content, storefronts).
• Experience with brand research and trend analysis.
• Familiarity with file management and collaboration tools such as Google Sheets.
