Manager, Product Experience Design

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Product Experience Design Manager to lead the creation of data‑driven business solutions. You will work within a cross‑functional team to design, prototype, and iterate B2B and B2B2C products, ensuring they meet both business objectives and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and evolve the design system in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Rapidly prototype proof‑of‑concepts and MVPs using human‑centered design principles.
• Design high‑fidelity visual assets, reusable components, user flows, and journey maps.
• Partner with product managers to align designs with business goals and user engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with regional teams to reflect diverse global user requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of UX/UI design experience for consumer‑facing and B2B products.
• Strong strategic thinking about product strategy and design iteration.
• Ability to adapt design systems to evolving business needs.
• Passion for solving complex problems and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems and prototyping.
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools such as Figma Make.
• Hands‑on experience with rapid prototyping approaches like Vibe Coding.
• Deep understanding of design systems, atomic design principles, and component behavior.
