Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that supports our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed job descriptions and understand manpower needs.
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and direct headhunting.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone/video interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and close candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality of hire) and produce regular reports.
• Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and employer‑branding activities.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, sales or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment under pressure.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and ATS software.
