Workday HR Functional Consultant (Talend/Absence/Time Tracking)

About the role

We are looking for a certified Workday HR Functional Consultant to join our consulting team. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing Workday HR modules, specifically Talend, Absence, or Time Tracking, for clients across India.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end‑to‑end Workday implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on the selected Workday module(s) and translate client HR requirements into effective solutions.
• Configure custom reports, workflows, and integrations to match client processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, business processes, and solutions.
• Deliver training to end‑users and support resolution of HR system issues.
• Stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Workday certification (mandatory).
• 4–6 years of experience as a Workday HR Functional Consultant.
• Specialization in at least one of the following modules: Talend, Absence, or Time Tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
