Human Resources Executive

About the role

Revanta Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Executive to lead end‑to‑end HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement within a fast‑growing healthcare environment. The role reports directly to the Managing Director & CEO and plays a pivotal part in ensuring HR practices align with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and maintain comprehensive employee documentation.
• Oversee employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRIS data integrity.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and relevant labour laws.
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
• Handle employee grievances and facilitate disciplinary processes per company policy.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, maintain statutory registers, and liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies.
• Uphold hospital policies, HR best practices, and NABH standards related to human resources.

Required profile

• BBA or MBA in Human Resources.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, and statutory regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
