Senior Director – Transaction Banking Solutions

About the role

The Senior Director will head the delivery and implementation of transaction banking and corporate internet banking solutions for multiple accounts across specific regions. This position carries full P&L responsibility, overseeing business development, solution design, deployment and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑million‑dollar projects across geographies, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Create and sustain a profitable P&L with a focus on top‑line growth.
• Develop business development plans to build networks, generate pipelines and close deals.
• Define client problems, lead diagnostics, design solutions and supervise implementation.
• Oversee effort estimation, proposal development and solution evaluation.
• Identify change‑management needs and align engagement plans with client ecosystems.
• Monitor financial performance of consulting engagements and drive profitability improvements.
• Program‑manage large consulting engagements, tracking KPI/OEI metrics.
• Enhance customer experience, promote product usage and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 22+ years of experience in banking, with robust exposure to banking product implementation.
• MBA (Finance/IT) or B.Tech degree.
• Proven stakeholder management across horizontal and vertical lines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
