Senior DevOps Cloud Engineering Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineering Specialist to lead the design and operation of scalable cloud platforms that support Bosch’s multi‑domain engineering activities. The role will drive automation, standardisation and digital transformation across development, testing, simulation and validation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and manage secure, flexible cloud environments on Azure, AWS or GCP for engineering teams.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines that integrate code, build, test, verification and deployment processes.
• Define and standardise engineering processes, toolchains and V&V frameworks, including test automation and traceability.
• Lead containerisation and virtualization strategies to provide reproducible, scalable environments.
• Integrate diverse tools such as ALM, testing and simulation platforms into a unified cloud ecosystem.
• Ensure cloud security, compliance, cost optimisation and observability.
• Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams, promoting best practices and emerging cloud technologies.

Required profile

• 12+ years of hands‑on experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Proven track record designing large‑scale, multi‑tenant cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, verification & validation, and toolchain integration.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
