Senior Creative Designer (Marketing & Sales)

About the role

Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance. The Senior Creative Designer will shape how complex compliance concepts are visualized across marketing and sales, turning product data into clear, conversion‑focused graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain marketing assets such as campaigns, ads, social posts, and carousels.
• Create and update sales materials including decks, one‑pagers, brochures, and banners.
• Translate product and business concepts and data into compelling visuals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to improve performance through design.
• Continuously refine existing assets as requirements evolve.
• Contribute to event, print, and campaign collateral when needed.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance design output.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in creative, graphic, or communication design.
• Ability to understand context quickly and produce effective visuals.
• Strong ownership, independent thinking and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Resilient, resourceful and open to constructive criticism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney.
• Familiarity with Rive (preferred).
