Creative & Brand Designer

About the role

We're looking for a versatile designer with exceptional craft who can jump into any creative challenge and elevate it. This isn't a production role. You'll own art direction on projects, shape visual language for campaigns, and set a quality standard that pulls the team upward. You'll join a team of designers in Bengaluru and work closely with creative leadership in London. The role is based in our Bengaluru office.

Key responsibilities

• Produce outstanding brand and campaign work across all media and deadlines.
• Own art direction on projects, develop visual approaches, present them with conviction, and push quality beyond expectations.
• Raise the quality bar by influencing peers through exemplary craft rather than direct management.
• Work across every touchpoint – brand campaigns, web pages, sales decks, event signage, social content, and presentation templates.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating range across brand, digital, and print.
• Deep typographic sensibility, strong compositional instinct, and meticulous attention to detail from print to screen.
• Creative confidence to develop, defend, and clearly present design direction.
• Instinct for brand systems, able to extend identities naturally into new contexts.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Apple Keynote and Google Slides proficiency.
• Motion design with After Effects (bonus).
• Deep knowledge of typography, layout, and colour theory.
