Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

BinaryRoots is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to expand its client base in Pune. You will lead the sales cycle for Microsoft‑centric solutions, collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals match client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Copilot, Azure and related services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage client discovery meetings.
• Prepare proposals, solution presentations, and lead negotiations to close deals.
• Foster long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
• Proven B2B sales track record with strong lead generation and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience selling to enterprise or mid‑market customers; exposure to European or US markets is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
