Senior Associate – Ocular Health Pharma Field Sales

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to drive field sales and account management for its ocular health pharmaceutical portfolio. The role focuses on expanding market share, building relationships with eye‑care professionals, and delivering product solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote key pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, optical shops and distributors within the assigned territory.
• Identify cross‑sell, up‑sell and repeat‑sale opportunities with existing customers.
• Develop and present sales bids, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Create medium‑ to long‑term sales plans and strategies to protect and grow account relationships.
• Maintain detailed call planning, activity records and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Train and mentor other Medical Sales Representatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and GxP regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably in eye‑care.
• Ability to travel within the territory and manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance requirements.
