Senior Associate, Legal

About the role

We are looking for an experienced contracts and advisory lawyer to join our Legal Team. The Senior Associate will handle a broad spectrum of advisory work and contract negotiations, collaborating with internal departments and external partners to protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements, including corporate, product, IT and fintech contracts.
• Provide legal advice on RBI, fintech, employment, digital lending and intellectual property matters.
• Coordinate independently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of legal tasks.
• Track legal expenses, maintain MIS trackers and report updates to senior team members.
• Conduct legal research and analysis for new fintech products and regulatory projects.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of post‑qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank or multinational corporation.
• Combination of law‑firm and in‑house experience preferred.
• LL.B from a reputable law school.
• Strong communication and drafting abilities in English.
• Self‑motivated, punctual, transparent and able to take end‑to‑end accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
