Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts

About the role

The Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts will support the finance function of Aster Global Centre, handling daily operations, MIS reporting, bank liaison and audit assistance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial data, timely reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify financial data, post accounts payable and receivable entries, and reconcile balances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and daily MIS reports, revenue, net‑debt and DSO analyses.
• Coordinate bank activities such as employee account opening and resolve banking issues.
• Assist audit processes, prepare bank confirmations, guarantee schedules and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Develop financial models, draft budget documents, prepare financial reports and manage working capital.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, HR, audit and other departments for budgeting, salary analysis and other finance‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting or related functions.
• Relevant certification such as CCP, CFA or CGMA is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvements.
