Senior Associate – Azure AI/ML & Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

Pwc is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will design, develop and deliver cutting‑edge Azure AI/ML solutions that enable digital transformation for clients across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code and test innovative AI/ML applications on the Azure AI stack.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain and CrewAI.
• Build, deploy and maintain Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps to integrate AI services.
• Perform LLMOps, model evaluation and monitoring using tools like LangSmith and RAGAS.
• Collaborate with advisory teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to thought leadership.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of professional experience in software engineering or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Senior‑level mindset with the ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.

Required skills

• Python programming (minimum 3 years).
• Azure AI Stack – Foundry, Azure ML, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Vision.
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Agentic AI frameworks – LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI.
• LLMOps & evaluation tools – LangSmith, RAGAS.
• Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps.
• React JS (preferred).
