About the role

This senior‑level position leads the design and delivery of medium‑size Android applications, acting as a development lead on medium‑scale projects while supporting larger initiatives. The role requires deep technical expertise, autonomous decision‑making, and the ability to influence architecture and coding standards across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of Android features for mid‑size applications.
• Serve as the technical lead on medium‑scale projects, guiding junior developers and ensuring best practices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex coding, performance, and design challenges.
• Research root causes of defects and performance issues, and implement effective resolutions.
• Define and promote standards for coding, testing, and documentation within the Android domain.
• Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Android development with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade applications.
• Strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex technical information.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to lead informally and coach new team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while influencing design decisions across multiple teams.
