Senior Accountant (Zoho Books)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to join Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., a leading K-12 ed-tech company in Noida. The role will work closely with the founders to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance and bookkeeping, with a strong focus on Zoho Books.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, expense tracking and vendor payments.
• Maintain complete accounting records in Zoho Books.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory filings and other regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams for documentation and reporting.
• Track budgets, expenses and cost allocations across departments or projects.
• Identify gaps in financial processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of relevant experience.
• Post-graduate degree in commerce, finance or accounting; CA Finals preferred.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
