Senior FP&A Analyst – IT Shared Services

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst will lead financial management for Bureau Veritas's IT Shared Service Center in Noida, overseeing a team of 300+ resources. This position acts as the primary finance liaison between the SSC, Head Office and Operations Leadership, driving financial discipline and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L and cost structure for the DXT SSC Noida operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost‑optimization initiatives, driving scenario planning and resource allocation.
• Manage headcount planning, capacity modelling and inter‑company rebilling processes.
• Develop KPI dashboards and deliver performance reports to senior management.
• Standardise FP&A processes, implement data governance and automate manual tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce required; postgraduate qualifications such as CIMA, MBA (Finance), CMA or Business Analytics are preferred.
• 2‑3 years of FP&A or shared‑service finance experience with P&L ownership and cost‑structure optimisation.
• Proven experience in headcount and capacity planning, and familiarity with ERP and financial planning tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling and data‑visualisation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial planning software.
