Senior Accountant – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant with 7‑10 years of experience in the real‑estate and construction sector. The role involves full‑cycle accounting, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and RERA‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting operations, including year‑end finalisation and preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss, cash‑flow and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Oversee GST compliance, return filing, ITC verification, and handle GST assessments, notices and litigation.
• Ensure timely TDS deduction, filing of returns, and preparation of income‑tax computations; manage income‑tax notices and litigation.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual RERA filings and certify project‑wise financial compliance.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of accounting experience in real‑estate or construction.
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter qualification.
• Strong knowledge of GST, income‑tax, TDS and RERA regulations.
• Proven ability to handle statutory audits and litigation matters.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 per month.
