Senior Accountant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

As a Senior Accountant you will lead month‑end and year‑end closing, manage finance projects and oversee online and marketplace accounting. You will act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax authorities and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with local regulations and IFRS.
• Serve as primary SPOC for revenue audits, tax audits and TDS compliance, ensuring timely reporting and filing.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end activities, including general ledger analysis and bank reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets: tracking, depreciation calculations, FAR maintenance, audit coordination and physical verification.
• Lead finance‑related automation, transformation and new business platform projects, coordinating with global teams and business partners.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in fixed‑asset accounting, preferably CA qualified.
• Strong analytical ability and goal‑driven mindset.
• Excellent team player, open‑minded and eager to learn.
• Motivated by results and able to identify business opportunities.

Required skills

• SAP FICO (and Material Management) experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Power BI knowledge (advantageous).
• Stakeholder management with auditors, banks and internal teams.
