Security Manager for Mixed-Use Residential & Office Tower

About the role

The Security Manager will lead all security and safety operations for a mixed‑use residential and office tower. You will protect residents, tenants, staff and assets by overseeing personnel, ensuring compliance, and implementing robust security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor security policies and procedures for the property.
• Provide 24/7 security coverage across residential and commercial areas.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments and inspections.
• Supervise, train and manage security guards and supervisors, including daily briefings and shift handovers.
• Coordinate with external security agencies and vendors.
• Establish and enforce emergency response procedures (fire, medical, evacuation) and run mock drills.
• Work with maintenance teams to ensure fire safety systems, alarms and CCTV are functional.
• Monitor CCTV operations, manage access control systems and visitor/parking security.
• Investigate incidents, maintain logs and prepare detailed reports.
• Liaise with police, fire department and other authorities as needed.
• Align security activities with maintenance and facility operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 5–10 years of security management experience, preferably in residential/commercial complexes.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations, fire systems and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
