About the role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Manager to oversee the security infrastructure of our organization. The role involves developing policies, managing staff, and ensuring safety of personnel and assets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards.
- Coordinate security efforts across departments and plan event security.
- Manage emergency responses and investigate incidents.
- Analyze security data and propose technology improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and emergency response planning.
- Strong budgeting and data analysis skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
