About the role
The School Helper provides general support and maintains cleanliness across the school environment. This role ensures that classrooms, offices, restrooms and common areas meet hygiene standards, contributing to a safe and healthy learning atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain the school's cleanliness.
- Ensure hygiene standards are met throughout the premises.
- Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Monitor and report on cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with school staff to address cleaning needs.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning or janitorial roles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
Required skills
- Strong cleaning and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Knowledge of cleaning best practices and equipment.
