Learning Content Developer – MRI

About the role

You will develop high‑quality learning solutions for MRI service operations, including e‑learning modules, instructor‑led training (ILT) materials and blended learning content, following Philips’ instructional design frameworks and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate instructional design specifications and subject‑matter expertise into standardized learning modules using approved authoring tools.
• Own the end‑to‑end development of assigned modules, ensuring completeness, consistency, audit readiness and alignment with MRI field‑service workflows such as safety, installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks and validate content against regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Update and maintain existing materials based on engineering changes, field feedback and business needs.
• Track progress, communicate status, risks and delays, and manage workload independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training Management, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Vocational Education or equivalent.
• Either no prior experience with a degree or a minimum of 4 years experience in vocational education or health‑industry training.
• Familiarity with multimedia production, blended‑learning strategies and learning analytics.
• Readiness to work with AI‑assisted authoring tools within established guardrails.
• Field experience with MRI service or installation is an advantage.
