Compliance Learning Operations Specialist

About the role

The Compliance Learning Operations Specialist supports the creation and delivery of compliance‑related training content for a MedTech environment. You will work with instructional design tools, AI‑assisted content creation, and LMS administration to ensure high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop e‑learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Easygenerator and HTML, applying standard instructional design practices.
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, translation and quality assurance, reviewing outputs for accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with internal branding, document control and regulatory standards.
• Support virtual training sessions, including setup, material preparation and coordination.
• Manage compliance training projects in Cornerstone LMS, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with learning objectives.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of industry experience, preferably in MedTech.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and adaptability.
