SAP S/4HANA Controlling Subject Matter Expert

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Subject Matter Expert to lead finance transformation initiatives on SAP S/4HANA. The role combines deep functional expertise with hands‑on delivery, supporting global programs and ensuring seamless integration across finance and related modules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide SAP CO expertise for enterprise‑wide finance transformation and solution governance.
• Lead business process workshops, fit‑gap assessments, and solution design discussions.
• Design and configure SAP Controlling solutions, including product costing, cost object controlling, material ledger, overhead management, transfer pricing, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare configuration workbooks, functional specifications, impact analyses, test scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Drive integration design with SAP FI, PP, MM, SD, and PM and collaborate with finance, manufacturing, procurement, supply‑chain, and IT teams.
• Support change‑management, business adoption, and harmonization of processes across global business units.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance or CA qualification.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) implementation and configuration.
• Proven ability to lead complex solution areas and work in onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with stakeholders and global delivery teams.
