Sales, Quality & Warranty Specialist – OEM

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Sales, Quality and Warranty professional to join our Bosch team in Gurgaon. The role blends sales activities with quality assurance and warranty management, acting as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and warranty claims administration.
• Handle customer‑specific requirements and contractual management.
• Oversee launch, complaint and escalation management processes.
• Drive digitisation, reporting and continuous process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5‑6 years of relevant experience in sales, quality or warranty functions.
• Competent in sales quality and customer QMS requirements.
• Proficient technical knowledge of automotive systems, including hardware, software and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of claim management processes and automotive legislation.
• Understanding of product life‑cycle, change management and legal/product liability aspects.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with customers on projects to improve overall quality statistics.
• Effective negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
