Sales Professional – Mutual Funds & Stock Broking

About the role

Motisons Shares Limited is seeking dynamic Sales Professionals to promote mutual fund and stock‑broking products across Jaipur and the wider Rajasthan region. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and helping investors meet their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new retail and institutional clients for mutual fund and equity trading services.
• Conduct client meetings, explain investment options, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Assist clients through account opening, transaction processing, and post‑sale support.
• Collaborate with research and operations teams to deliver timely market insights.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and compliance documentation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Represent the company at client events, outreach programs, and industry gatherings.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business‑development abilities, including prospecting and relationship management.
• Good knowledge of mutual funds, equity markets, and basic financial‑planning concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and manage multiple client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business or a related field; NISM or similar certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in mutual‑fund distribution, stock broking, banking or financial advisory is preferred but not mandatory.
• High integrity, adherence to regulatory standards and a client‑centric sales approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with trading platforms.
• Experience using CRM tools for client management and reporting.
• Competence with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
