Sales Manager - Home Loan / LAP

About the role

A home loan and loan against property (LAP) sales manager is needed in Ahmedabad. The role drives home loan and LAP business by sourcing quality customers through DSAs, builder connectors and other channel partners, while achieving assigned business targets. It is a field-based individual contributor role.

Key responsibilities

• Generate home loan and LAP business through DSAs, builder connectors and other sourcing channels.
• Identify, onboard and develop relationships with new DSAs, builders and channel partners.
• Achieve assigned monthly business targets and drive loan disbursements.
• Maintain a strong network of channel partners for continuous business sourcing.
• Manage customer relationships and guide customers through the loan application process.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Follow up regularly on login, approval, sanction and disbursement of cases.
• Monitor market activity and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in home loan / LAP sales.
• Experience in NBFCs, housing finance companies or banks.
• Strong experience in DSA and channel partner sourcing.
• Good market knowledge and relationship management skills.
