Sales Executive

About the role

Terra Tech Packs is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to drive B2B growth in Coimbatore. You will promote our reusable food storage solutions to businesses, build lasting relationships, and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective institutional and enterprise customers.
• Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate sales reports.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather market feedback to support product and strategy improvements.
• Represent the brand at industry events and support local marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, food services or FMCG.
• Strong business development, lead generation and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication in English; Tamil or other local languages a plus.
• Self‑driven, ethical approach with focus on long‑term partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field (experience may substitute).
• Interest in sustainable packaging and circular economy solutions.
