About the role
The Sales Executive will work on‑site at our luxury resort in Bardez, Goa, driving bookings and building lasting relationships with guests and partners. This full‑time position focuses on generating leads, presenting the resort’s unique Vedic‑inspired experience, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to stay.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
- Conduct persuasive sales pitches and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage inbound inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and track market trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Provide exceptional post‑sale support to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients.
- Preferable background in hospitality, tourism, or luxury resort services.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate with internal teams, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
Required skills
