Sales Executive – Agricultural Chemicals (Sangrur)

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive demand generation and achieve sales targets for agricultural chemicals in the Sangrur territory. You will work closely with channel partners, retailers, and farmers to promote product adoption and ensure commercial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Plan and execute monthly sales activities, including channel partner and retailer engagements.
• Generate demand through database management of villages, channel partners, and farmer networks.
• Organize farmer meetings, field days, demonstrations, and crop campaigns.
• Own the sales process for the territory, ensuring compliance with internal and external commercial policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (mandatory).
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Horticulture, Entomology, Plant Pathology, or Agronomy (preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in agri‑chemical sales.
• Strong communication skills in the local language.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to deliver a superior customer experience.
