Product Stewardship Assistant

About the role

The Product Stewardship Assistant ensures continuity and growth of Momentive’s business by maintaining compliance with hazard communication regulations for raw materials, intermediates and finished products. The role supports regulatory approval for new product introductions, extensions and translations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update Safety Data Sheets and labels in line with regional regulatory requirements.
• Participate in screening of new raw materials and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Maintain composition data for raw materials, intermediates and finished products using standard systems.
• Initiate Notification of Change (NOC) processes and support global customers, suppliers and internal functions on regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Science, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in chemical/petrochemical product stewardship, regulatory compliance or EHS.
• Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across global time zones and participate in virtual calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
