About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Associate to join our hospitality team in Pune. The role works on a US night shift (6 PM – 4 AM IST) and is based on‑site at our Yerwada office. You will support revenue optimisation across multiple hotel brands.

Key responsibilities

Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions and competition.
Manage OTA extranet portals (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.) to maximise bookings and improve rankings.
Conduct rate shopping to keep our hotel rates competitive.
Configure and maintain rate plans in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
Collaborate with Revenue and Sales Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
Proactive attitude with a hunger for growth.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with dynamic revenue and sales teams.
